부산시는 겨울철 인플루엔자 유행에 대비하여 백신 유통 과정상의 문제로 일시 중단되었던 무료 예방접종을 일정을 변경하여 13일부터 진행한다고 밝혔다.

 

지난 9월 22일, 질병관리청은 백신 유통 과정상의 문제를 인지하고 인플루엔자 예방접종을 일시 중단한 바 있다. 백신 품질검사 결과, 안정성에는 문제가 없으나 백신의 효력에 영향을 줄 우려가 있는 일부 백신(48만 도즈)은 수거 조치하였으며 내일부터 순차적으로 예방접종이 시행된다.

 

▲만13~18세 청소년은 10월 13일부터 ▲만 70세 이상 어르신은 10월 19일부터 ▲만62세~69세 어르신 접종은 10월 26일부터 시작해 오는 12월 31일까지 이루어진다.

 

올해는 발열.기침 등 독감 증상이 코로나19 증상과 유사해 방역체계에 혼란을 초래할 가능성이 큰 만큼, 만 62세에서 64세 어르신과 만 13세에서 18세 청소년 등을 포함해 ▲생후 6개월부터 만 18세 이하와 ▲임신부 ▲만 62세 어르신 등으로 무료 예방접종 대상자가 크게 늘었다.  만 12세 이하 어린이와 임신부 대상 무료접종은 지난달 25일부터 재개되었다.

 

당초 어르신들 예방접종을 먼저 시행할 계획이었으나 중고생들의 등교가 재개되면서 집단생활로 인한 인플루엔자 발생위험을 감소하고, 오는 12월 3일 수학능력시험 전 면역 형성을 위하여 만13세~18세 연령대부터 접종을 시작한다.

 

어르신 접종은 10월 내 접종률을 높여 합병증 발생위험을 낮추기 위하여 연령 그룹을 당초 3그룹에서 2그룹으로 축소하여 진행하되 쏠림현상 방지를 위하여 사전예약제를 운영한다.

 

예방접종을 위해 의료기관을 방문할 때에는 질병관리청에서 운영하는 예방접종 ‘사전예약 서비스’를 활용하면 의료기관 내 대기시간을 최소화하고, 코로나19 확산도 방지할 수 있다. 예방접종도우미 누리집이나 모바일 애플리케이션(예방접종도우미)을 통해 지정의료기관 확인 및 예약, 전자예진표 작성 등이 가능하다.
 
부산지역 무료접종 대상자는 약 140만 명으로 지금까지 17만8천 명(13%)이 예방접종을 완료하였다.

About 1.4 million people were eligible for free vaccination in Busan, and 178,000 (13%) have completed the vaccination so far.
