양경숙 의원 "연예인 수입 양극화 심화...예술인 고용보험제도로 보호 필요"

가수 수입 상위 1% 연평균 34억원 넘는 소득을 올리고 배우 등 연예인의 수입 양극화가 더욱 심화되고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

 
더불어민주당 양경숙 의원이 국세청에 제출 요구한 ‘2014~2018년 업종별 연예인 수입금액 현황’ 자료에 따르면 2018년에 수입을 신고한 가수 6,372명이 벌어들인 수입은 총 4,095억7,800만원이며 1인당 평균수입은 6,428만원으로 나타났다.

 

이는 2014년 총 4,855명의 총수입 2,864억900만원에 비해 인원은 31.3% 증가하고 수입은 43.0% 증가한 수치다.

 

2014년엔 상위 1% 가수의 수입이 전체의 48.1% 수준의 비중이었는데 2018년에는 상위 1%가 전체수입의 53.0%를 차지하며 상위 소득집중도는 더욱 높아졌다.

 

2018년 전체 가수 1인당 수입은 6,428만원 수준인데 비해 상위 1% 63명은 2,171억6천만원을 벌어 1인당 수입은 34억4,698만원에 달한다.

 

상위 1%의 1인당 수입은 99% 가수의 1인당 수입 3,050만원의 113배에 육박한다. 이는 2014년 92.7배의 격차에서 더욱 벌어진 수치다.

 

한편 탤런트와 MC를 비롯한 코미디언, 개그맨, 성우를 포함한 ‘배우’ 등 업종 종사자 1만8,072명의 2018년 수입은 총 6,531억8천만원이며 1인당 수입은 3,614만원 수준으로 나타났다.

 

배우 상위 1%에 속하는 180명의 총수입은 3,064억6천만원으로 전체수입의 46.9%를 차지하며 1인당 수입은 17억256만원이었다.

 

모델 업종 동사자의 2018년 수입신고 내역은 총인원 8,179명이 866억29백만원을 신고하여 1인당 수입은 1,059만원으로 집계됐다.

 

모델 상위 1% 81명은 총 398억63백만원을 신고하여 1인당 수입은 4억9,214만원 수준이다.

 

양 의원은 “업종별로 연예인 소득격차가 확대되는 추세"라며 “연예인의 투명한 수입신고를 유도하는 것과 더불어 예술인 고용보험제도로 저소득 연예인들의 생계를 보호할 필요가 있다”고 강조했다.

The total income of 180 people who belonged to the top 1% of actors was 36.64 billion won, accounting for 46.9% of the total income, and per capita income was 1.72.56 billion won.

81 of the top 1% of the models reported a total of 39.8 billion won, with a per capita income of 492.14 million won.

 

Rep.
