15일 오후 박형준 시장은 르노그룹 국제 개발협력 총괄을 맡고 있는 '프랑수아 프로보' 부회장, 르노삼성 '도미닉 시뇨라' 사장을 접견하고, 부산과 르노삼성의 미래에 대해 논의하고 공동 발표문을 냈다.

  

이번 발표문에는 미래 차 전략산업 생태계 구축과 일자리 창출을 위한 부산시와 르노삼성이 함께 노력하는 내용을 담고 있다. 양측은 ▲르노삼성 부산공장을 활용하여 미래 차 전략산업 생태계 구축 노력 ▲르노삼성은 친환경차 개발 등 인프라 조성으로 지역 상생 및 청년 일자리 창출 노력 ▲부산시는 미래 차 생태계 조성을 위한 행정.재정 지원 노력한다고 약속했다.
