부산 영도구 '플라스틱 제로' 친환경 카페 조성 협약식

[브래이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산 영도구는 '플라스틱 제로 영도 친환경 카페 조성 협약식'을 개최했다고 16일 밝혔다.

 

이번 협약은 2020년 부산시 최초 '플라스틱 제로 도시 영도'를 선포한 영도구에서 1회용품 사용 규제 및  자발적인 1회용품 사용 저감 문화 확산을 위해 추진한 행사다.

 

영도구 소재 드메르, 모모스 로스터리&커피바, 신기산업, 신기숲, 신기여울, 오구카페, 에테르, 커피미미, 카페드220볼트, 카페38.5, 쿤스트 204 등 11개의 카페가 참여했다.

 

참여 카페에서는 고객이 개인컵(텀블러) 지참시 음료를 최소 300원에서 많게는 20%의 금액까지 할인해 주게 된다. 또한, 정부의 각종 친환경 정책에 우선 참여하고 매장 내 1회용품 사용 저감 등을 위해 노력할 예정이고, 영도구는 참여 카페들에 대한 각종 언론 및 SNS 홍보, 친환경카페 현판 제공, 각종 친환경 정책 참여 유도 등을 행정지원 할 계획이다.

 

이날 협약식에서는 영도구는 협약서 서명과 참석자와의 일선 사업 현장의 애로사항 및 건의사항 등을 들었다.

 

김철훈 영도구청장은 “플라스틱 제로, 탈 1회용품은 이제 시대적 도전과제"라며 "이번 협약에 자발적으로 참여해 주신 카페 대표들에게 깊이 감사드리며 우리구에서는 이를 적극 지원하기 위해 향후에도 다각적으로 노력해 나갈 계획"이라고 밝혔다.
