[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산시가 ‘은둔형 외톨이’를 실질적으로 지원하는 사업을 발굴하기 위한 실태조사에 나선다.

시는 3개월 이상 외부와 단절된 채 어려움을 겪는 사람들을 대상으로 20일부터 8월 30일까지 '은둔형 외톨이 온라인 실태조사'를 실시한다.

은둔형 외톨이의 조례상 정의는 ‘사회.경제.문화적 원인 등으로 인하여 집 등의 한정된 공간에서 외부와 단절된 상태로 생활하여, 정상적인 사회활동이 현저히 곤란한 사람’이다.

이번 실태조사 대상은 부산시에 거주하며 3개월 이상 외부와 단절된 상태로 생활하는 본인 혹은 그 가족으로 조사는 온라인으로 진행되며 QR코드 또는 홈페이지(https://bit.ly/부산시은둔)를 통해 참여할 수 있다.
