[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산시는 외교부와 공동으로 ‘2022 한-중남미 미래협력포럼’을 오는 5~ 6일 해운대 파라다이스호텔에서 개최한다.

이번 포럼에는 중남미 외교.산업.경제 장.차관과 주한공관장 등 50여 명을 포함해 정부 부처, 부산상의 등 기업인, 명예영사, 국제관계 전문가 등 각계각층 인사 총 200여 명이 참석한다.

특히, 수교 60주년을 맞이한 코스타리카, 온두라스, 도미니카공화국, 파나마 등 중남미 국가의 장.차관을 초청하여 개최되는 포럼은 ‘한-중남미 상생공영을 위한 맞춤형 협력 강화’를 주제로 광물, 에너지, 디지털, 인프라 등에 관한 세션별 발표와 토론으로 구성된다. 이번 포럼은 외교부 유투브 및 페이스북 채널을 통해 실시간 생중계할 예정이다. 

한-중남미 수교 60주년 국가는 과테말라, 니카라과, 도미니카공화국, 멕시코, 아르헨티나, 아이티, 에콰도르, 엘살바도르, 온두라스, 칠레, 코스타리카, 콜롬비아, 파나마, 파라과이, 자메이카 등 15개국이다.

중남미 주요 참석 인사로는 ▲마르셀로 에브라르드(Marcelo Ebrard) 멕시코 외교장관(영상), ▲아르놀도 안드레(Arnoldo André) 코스타리카 외교장관, ▲에두아르도 레이나(Eduardo Reina) 온두라스 외교장관, ▲안토니오 알몬테(Antonio Almonte) 도미나카공화국 에너지광물부 장관, ▲페데리코 알파로 보이드(Federico Alfaro Boyd) 파나마 통상산업부 장관, ▲호세 앙헬 로페스(José Ángel López) 과테말라 농림축산식품부장관 등이다.

포럼 첫날인 5일 오전 10시에는 개회식이 열리며, 박진 외교부 장관의 개회사에 이어 박형준 부산시장의 환영사가 있을 예정이다. 

아울러, 박형준 부산시장은 경제.문화.교류협력 및 2030부산세계박람회 유치홍보를 위하여 에콰도르, 파나마, 코스타리카 등 참가국 장.차관과 양자면담을 할 예정이다. 

부산시는 이날 오후 6시 30분부터 해운대 웨스틴 조선호텔에서 '미래협력포럼' 참석자들과 부산시 국제교류 관련 인사들과의 네트워킹을 겸한 환영만찬을 개최할 계획이다. 

다음날 오전에는 2030부산세계박람회 예정부지인 북항시찰 등이 계획되어 있다. 

박형준 부산시장은 "이번 기회를 통해 부산을 방문한 중남미 국가들의 고위관료들과 주한공관장들에게 감사의 마음과 함께 2030부산세계박람회 개최 후보도시로서 부산의 강점을 최대한 홍보하고, 부산시는 물론 국가적으로도 모든 역량을 집중하고 있음을 최대한 알릴 생각"이라고 밝혔다.
