[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산시교육청은 4일 '인성 기반 학력 신장’ 원년 등 2023년도 부산 교육 5대 기본체제 및 20대 주요 추진 과제에 대해 발표했다. 

 

하윤수 교육감은 이날 오전 11시 시교육청 브리핑룸에서 신년 기자회견을 열고 "올해는 '인성 기반 학력 신장’의 원년, ‘디지털 기반의 미래 교육’과 ‘희망사다리 교육 복원’의 원년이 될 것"이라며 "이를 위해 2023년 부산교육은 총 5대 영역 20대 과제를 본격 추진한다"고 밝혔다.

 

시교육청은 올해 중점 추진할 5대 기본 영역으로 ▲학력 신장 ▲인성교육 ▲미래교육 ▲교육격차 해소 및 교육복지 ▲안전 및 소통 등을 설정했다. 

 

하 교육감은 중점 추진할 부산교육 방향에 대해 "제대로 가르치고 배워 탄탄한 기본을 만드는 '학력 신장 시스템을 확립'하여 공교육 본연의 책무성을 충실히 이행할 것"이라며 "학교.가정.지역사회 어디에서나 접목될 수 있는 ‘부산 인성교육’을 시작한다"고 강조했다.

 

또 "컴퓨팅 사고력을 갖춘 미래형 인재를 양성하고, 촘촘하고 세심한 학생 희망사다리 교육정책을 추진한다"면서 "아울러, 학부모님이 믿고 안심할 수 있는 학교, 학부모님들의 참여로 함께 만들어가는 학교, 항상 열려있는 교육청을 만들겠다"고 밝혔다.

 

그러면서 하 교육감은 "지난 6개월간 여러분과 함께 부산교육의 비전 실현을 위해 고군분투해 왔기에 어느 하루도 소중하지 않은 날이 없었다"라며 "학생, 학부모, 교직원, 시민 모두의 꿈이 제대로 영글 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다"고 다짐했다.

 

시교육청은 ▲'학력신장'을 위해  지난해 개원한 ‘부산학력개발원’을 중심으로 데이터에 기반한 다각적인 학력 보정의 기회를 학생들에게 제공한다.

 

전국 최초로 빅데이터와 인공지능을 활용한 ▶‘부산학력향상지원시스템(BASS)’을 개발한다. 이 시스템은 데이터를 기반으로 학생 개인별 학습 수준에 따른 맞춤형 학습을 지원하고, AI문항 제공.해설.강좌 추천 등을 제공한다. ▶학생의 자기주도적 학습을 위한 학습멘토링, 기초학력 지원 강사제 등과 연계해 학생들의 학력 신장을 돕는다.

 

▶올해 본격 도입하는 IB 연구학교는 학교별 준비 상황에 따라 올해 하반기에 ‘후보학교’로 운영할 수 있도록 업무를 추진할 계획이다. 2025년 전면 시행하는 ▶고교학점제는 지난해 체결한 ‘부.울.경 교육청 업무 협약’ 등을 통해 내실 있는 운영 방안을 마련하는 등 원활한 현장 안착을 지원한다.

 

시교육청은 ▲모든 교육과정 속에 자연스럽게 스며든 '인성교육'을 실시할 계획이다.
