브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 더불어민주당은 윤석열 대통령 탄핵소추안을 다시 발의해 오는 14일 국회 본회의에서 표결에 부칠 예정이다.

강유정 더불어민주당 원내대변인은 11일 오후 국회에서 열린 비공개 의원총회 직후 기자들과 만나 "윤석열 대통령 탄핵안을 오늘 발의한 뒤, 12일 보고 후 14일 오후 5시 본회의장에서 표결하기로 했다"고 밝혔다.

탄핵안의 내용은 앞서 지난 7일 국회 본회의에서 의결정족수 미달로 자동폐기된 1차 탄핵안과는 크게 다르지 않은 것으로 전해졌다. 

민주당은 또한 전날 국회를 통과한 '내란 상설특검' 도입을 위한 특별검사 후보자 추천도 속도를 낼 방침이다.

강 대변인은 "상설특검 후보자 추천위도 긴급히 마련할 예정이다. 교섭단체인 민주당이 2명, 비교섭단체인 조국혁신당과 진보당이 1명씩 추천하는 방식으로 구성할 계획"이라고 전했다.

민주당은 아울러 '내란 일반특검'과 '김건희 특검법'은 앞서 예고한대로 오는 12일 표결 처리한다는 방침이다. 이날 비공개 의총에선 표결 일정을 늦추는 방안도 거론됐으나, 일정 변동없이 원안대로 처리하기로 결정했다고 강 대변인은 설명했다.

한편, 윤 대통령 탄핵안이 가결되기 위해선 범야권 의원 192명에 더해 국민의힘에서 최소 8명 이상의 찬성표가 나와야 한다. 

현재 탄핵안에 찬성하는 여당 의원은 총 5명이다. 즉시 하야해야 된다고 밝힌 조경태, 안철수 의원과 함께 김재섭, 김상욱, 김예지 의원이 공식적으로 찬성 입장을 밝히고 있다.
