부산광역시의회 행정문화위원회 소속 정채숙 의원(국민의힘, 비례대표)은 민간위탁 사무의 책임성과 투명성 제고를 위한 「부산광역시 민간위탁 기본조례 일부개정조례안」을 발의, 10일 제329회 정례회 기획재경위원회 상임위 심사를 통과했다고 밝혔다.

이번 조례 개정안의 핵심은 민간위탁 사무가 장기화되거나 예산 규모가 커질 경우, 시의회의 동의를 반드시 받도록 의무화한 점이다. 구체적으로는 △같은 사무를 민간에 연속 위탁한 지 6년이 경과했을 경우 △연간 위탁금액이 3억 원을 초과하는 경우, 시의회의 동의를 의무적으로 거치도록 규정했다.
