브레이크뉴스 박동제 기자= 소속사 판타지오는 20일 “김도연이 청룡영화상 신인여우상을 거머쥐며, 배우로서의 입지를 단단히 굳혔다”고 밝혔다.

김도연은 지난 19일 열린 제46회 청룡영화상에서 영화 ‘아메바 소녀들과 학교괴담 : 개교기념일’로 신인여우상을 수상하는 쾌거를 이뤘다. 

수상자로 호명되자 놀람과 감격이 교차하는 표정으로 무대에 오른 김도연은 “추운 겨울에도 늘 웃는 얼굴로 좋은 분위기를 만들어주신 배우, 스태프분들께 감사드린다. 그리고 항상 저의 가장 가까이서 힘써주시고, 챙겨주시는 판타지오 식구분들 감사하다”라며 진심 어린 수상 소감을 전했다.

영화 ‘아메바 소녀들과 학교괴담 : 개교기념일’에서 김도연은 세강여고 방송부장이자 영화감독을 꿈꾸는 씨네필 ‘지연’ 역을 맡아 ‘호러코미디’ 장르의 맛을 살리는 진지와 코믹을 오가는 탄력 있는 연기로 극적 재미를 더해 주목받았다.

다양한 작품과 성실한 도전을 통해 배우로서의 정체성을 공고히 해온 김도연은 올해 초 연극 ‘애나엑스’에서 주인공 애나 역을 맡아 첫 연극 무대임에도 불구하고 확실한 존재감을 알렸다.
