[브레이크뉴스 김충열 기자] = 더불어민주당은 "윤동훈 의원(윤석열+한동훈)이 유시민 작가를 상대로 한 대통령의 소송설과 관련해 가짜뉴스를 지어내 대통령을 조롱했다"고 강하게 비판했다.

조계원 대변인은 27일 서면브리핑을 통해 "한동훈 의원은 대통령이 유시민 작가를 상대로 소송을 건다고 거짓말을 했으나 청와대는 법적 대응 여부가 결정된 바 없다고 밝혔다"며 이같이 지적했다.

조 대변인은 한 의원이 같은 글에서 '사실의 힘'을 언급한 것을 겨냥해 "사실의 힘을 말하는 사람이 거짓을 지어내는 것인가"라며 "문장을 잘라낸 녹취, 판결문에 없는 멸칭에 이어 이번에는 소송 가짜뉴스"라고 질타했다.

이어 유시민 작가와의 관계에 대해서는 "이견이 있더라도 경로가 다르다는 이유로 서로의 진심까지 의심하지 말자며 대통령이 먼저 손을 내밀었다"고 강조했다.

아울러 한 의원이 대통령의 해외 순방을 비판한 데 대해서도 반박했다. 조 대변인은 "이재명 대통령은 뉴욕에서 투자를 설득하고 멕시코에서 FTA 협상 재개를 제안하는 등 열심히 일하며 성과를 만들고 있다"며 "순방 외교 성과를 만들어 내고 있는 국가원수를 조롱하는 것이 대한민국 국회의원의 품격이냐"고 반문했다.

조 대변인은 "한동훈 의원이 이겨야 할 상대는 유시민 작가가 아니라 26일째 답하지 못한 '수사기록을 누구에게 받았습니까'라는 질문"이라며 "없는 소송을 바탕으로 지어낸 허위발언을 바로잡고 순방 중인 대통령을 향한 조롱을 멈추라. 남의 토론에 끼어들 시간에 본인에게 던져진 질문에 답하라"고 촉구했다.

Break News (Political Specialist Reporter Kim Choong-lyoul) – The Democratic Party of Korea strongly criticized Representative Han Dong-hoon for mocking the President by fabricating fake news regarding rumors that the President was filing a lawsuit against writer Rhyu Si-min.

In a written briefing on the 27th, Spokesperson Jo Gye-won pointed this out, stating, "Representative Han Dong-hoon lied, claiming the President was suing writer Rhyu Si-min, yet the Blue House clarified that no decision regarding legal action had been made."

Taking aim at Han’s mention of the "power of facts" in the same post, Spokesperson Jo rebuked him, asking, "Is the person who speaks of the 'power of facts' the one fabricating falsehoods?" He added, "Following the use of selectively edited transcripts and derogatory terms not found in court rulings, we now have fake news about a lawsuit."

Regarding the relationship with writer Rhyu Si-min, he emphasized, "The President had previously extended a hand of reconciliation, suggesting that even if there are differences of opinion or divergent paths, we should not doubt each other's sincerity."

He also refuted Han's criticism of the President's overseas tour. Spokesperson Jo asked, "President Lee Jae-myung is working hard and achieving results—such as soliciting investment in New York and proposing the resumption of FTA negotiations in Mexico. Is it befitting the dignity of a South Korean lawmaker to mock a head of state who is delivering such diplomatic successes?"

Finally, Spokesperson Jo urged, "The opponent Han Dong-hoon needs to defeat is not writer Rhyu Si-min, but the question he has failed to answer for 26 days: 'From whom did you receive the investigation records?' He must retract the false statements fabricated based on a non-existent lawsuit and stop mocking the President while he is on an overseas tour.
