부산 다대포해수욕장서 물에 들어 갔던 중3, 너울성 파도에 1명 사망, 1명 실종

지난 5일 오후 3시 10분께 부산 다대포 해수욕장에 놀러간 중학교 3학년생들이 물에 들어갔다가 너울성 파도를 만나 1명이 숨지고 1명이 실종되는 사고가 발생했다.


부산소방재난본부와 부산해양경찰에 따르면 이날 온라인 원격수업을 마친 사하구 영남중학교 3학년생 10명이 다대포 해수욕장에 놀러갔다가, 7명이 구명조끼도 착용하지 않고 바닷물에 들어갔다.

 

이들중 1명이 깊은 곳까지 들어가 너울성 파도를 만나 허우적거리자, 나머지 학생들이 친구를 구하려다 사고를 당했다. 해경은 이 사고로 1명은 구조했으나 의식이 없는 상태 였고, 병원에 후송 치료를 받던 중 숨졌다. 또 1명은 실종 되었으며, 3명은 인근 병원에서 치료를 받은 후 퇴원했다.

부산해경은 이날 오후 3시 30분경 다대해수욕장에서 물놀이를 하던 중학생 7명을 인근 빌라 주민이 이를 지켜보다가 2명이 물 밖으로 나오지 않자, 119를 경유해 신고 한 것이라고 밝혔다.

 

해경은 중앙특수구조단, 연안구조정, 해경함정 등을 현장으로 급파했고 오후 5시경 1명을 구조하여 인근병원으로 이송하였으며, 실종된 1명에 대해서는 총력 수색 중이라고 전했다.


한편 부산시교육청은 이날 사고와 관련해  이 학교 학생 8명에 대해 부모와 함께 학교에서 사하.중.서.영도구 청소년상담복지센터 상담사 7명과 개별적으로 심리치료를 받을 수 있도록 심리상담 지원에 나섰다.

 

또한 각급 학생들의 안전한 교외생활을 위한 안전사고 예방교육을 실시하고, 학생들이 불필요한 외출을 자제하고 안전한 생활을 할 수 있도록 지속적인 지도를 당부했다.

The Busan Coast Guard said that 7 middle school students who were playing in the water at Dadae Beach at around 3:30 pm on the same day were reported by residents of nearby villas, and when two did not come out of the water, they reported it via 119.

 

The Coast Guard dispatched the Central Special Rescue Team, Coastal Rescue Boats, and Coast Guard Ships to the site, rescued one person around 5 pm and transferred it to a nearby hospital, and said that the missing person was being thoroughly searched.


Meanwhile, the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education provided psychological counseling support for eight students of this school to receive individual psychological treatment with seven counselors at the Saha, Middle, West, and Yeongdo-gu Youth Counseling and Welfare Center at the school in relation to the accident.

 

In addition, safety accident prevention education was conducted for students of all levels to live outside the school, and continuous guidance was requested so that students
