Rep. Kim Doo-gwan of the Democratic Party of Korea (Yansan-eul, Gyeongsangnam-do) proposed a bill to amend the law to block the full courtesy of tax accountants from the National Tax Service on the 13th.

If the partial amendment bill is passed, it will be impossible to take over the duties of a tax agent related to the duties handled by the tax office that worked for one year before retirement for three years from the date of retirement. Unlike the Attorney's Act, the Customs Judges Act, and the Administrative Judiciary Act, the current 'Tax Judges Act' was placed in a blind spot because there was no law to prevent the public courtesy of tax accountants from the National Tax Service.

At the National Tax Service audit on the 8th, Rep. Kim raised suspicions that front-line tax chiefs were using the Taxation Council to accept ex post bribes of up to 500 million won in the form of torture fees after their retirement. It was also pointed out that such a situation could not be prevented in advance because there was no law on prevention of public courtesy in the Tax Office Act.

Rep. Kim Doo-kwan said, "After retirement, suspicions have been constantly raised that tax officials are receiving large amounts of torture and other benefits by using the privileges of the public service.

Partial amendments to the Tax Attorneys Act include Representative Kim Doo-gwan, Kang Byung-won, Ko Ko-min-jeong, Shin Jeong-hoon, Lee Su-jin (Rain), Lee Yong-woo, Lee In-young, Lee Jeong-moon, Jeon Je-su, Jo Jung-sik,
