브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 더불어민주당과 조국혁신당, 개혁신당, 진보당, 기본소득당, 사회민주당 등 야 6당이 4일 비상계엄 선포 사태 책임을 물어 윤석열 대통령에 대한 탄핵소추안을 국회에 제출했다.

김용민 민주당·황운하 조국혁신당 원내대표 등은 이날 '형법상 내란미수' 등의 탄핵 사유가 적힌 윤 대통령 탄핵안을 국회 의안과에 제출했다. 

탄핵소추안 발의에는 야6당 의원 191명 전원이 참여했다.

야 6당은 오는 5일 새벽 열리는 국회 본회의에서 탄핵안 보고를 추진한다는 계획이다. 

국회법에 따르면 탄핵안은 본회의에 보고된 후 24시간 이후부터 72시간 이내에 의결해야 한다.

이에 따라 오는 6~7일경 탄핵안 표결 처리가 진행될 것으로 전망된다.

관건은 국민의힘의 동참 여부다. 

대통령에 대한 탄핵 소추안은 국회 재적의원 과반수 발의와 재적 의원 3분의 2 이상이 찬성해야만 통과된다. 

전체 국회의원 300명 중 국민의힘 의원은 108명으로, 집권여당에서도 최소 8명이 탄핵에 찬성해야만 통과될 수 있다.

이와 관련 이준석 개혁신당 의원은 이날 국회에서 기자들과 만난 자리에서 "탄핵안에 대해 5~6명의 국민의힘 의원들과 개인적으로 소통해봤는데, 지금 상황에서는 국민의 뜻에 따를 수밖에 없지 않겠냐고 말하더라"고 전했다.

그러면서 "당에서 어떤 식으로 입장을 정할지는 봐야 하지만 며칠 전에 비해 여당 의원들 사이에서도 격앙된 분위기를 확인할 수 있었다. 그래서 저는 (탄핵안) 통과 가능성이 높다고 본다"고 설명했다.
