브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 윤석열 대통령이 국민의힘 '정국 안정화 태스크포스'(TF)가 제시한 내년 초 하야 방안보다는 탄핵되면 헌법재판소에서 법적 대응을 해본다는 입장으로 알려졌다.

여권 관계자는 11일 뉴시스에 "윤 대통령은 조기 하야 보다는 헌재 심리에서 법적 대응을 한다는 생각"이라고 전했다.

앞서 국민의힘 정국안정화 TF는 '2월 하야 후 4월 대선'과 '3월 하야 후 5월 대선' 등 두가지 안을 윤 대통령의 질서있는 퇴진 로드맵으로 보고했다. 

하지만 윤 대통령측은 조기 하야에 부정적인 반응을 보이는 것으로 전해졌다. 

한 친윤계 의원은 조기 하야 방안에 대해 "당 내부에서 의견 수렴된 것은 전혀 없다"면서 "조기 하야는 한마디로 이재명 대표의 민주당에게 정권을 헌납하겠다는 것 아니냐"고 의견을 피력했다. 

또다른 친윤계 의원도 "지도부가 보고한 조기 퇴진 보다는 차라리 탄핵 후 법적대응 해보는 게 낫다는 분들도 많다"고 했다.
