비가 내리는 궂은 날씨에도 1일 오후 부산역 광장에서 개최된 윤석열 대통령 탄핵반대 국가비상기도회에 수만명의 역대급 구름 인파가 참여해 '탄핵 반대' 열기를 뜨겁게 달궜다. 

 

이날 부산·울산·경남으로 시작하여 대한민국을 살리는 '비상시국 국민대회'에는 손현보 목사(세계로교회), 엄정길 목사(부산교회총연합회 대표회장) 등 종교계 인사와 국민의힘 박수영·김미애 국회의원, 일타강사 전한길, 그라운드C 김성원 대표, 김지미 변호사, 정승윤(전 국민권익위 부위원장) 부산대 법학전문대학원 교수 등이 연사로 나서 윤 대통령 석방과 탄핵 무효 및 우리법연구회 출신 헌법재판관들의 편향적 판결, 주류 언론의  편파적 보도, 경찰.검찰의 불법 수사 등에 대해 날선 비판을 가했다.

 

집회가 시작되기 전부터 부산역을 지나는 도시철도 1호선 열차에는 많은 사람들이 탑승해 북새통을 이뤘다. 부산역 광장은 오후 2시가 되기 전부터 시민들이 입추의 여지 없이 가득 메웠다.

 

집회 참여자들은 태극기와 성조기를 손에 들고 있었고, '계엄 합법, 탄핵 무효', '극좌판사 웬 말이냐', '부정선거 아웃, 입법 독재' '대한민국을 구해주세요', 등의 문구가 적힌 전단을 들고 삼삼오오 현 시국을 성토하기도 했다.

 

유투버 이자 역사 연구소 그라운드(GROUND) C 김성원 대표는 "'제2의 6.25 전쟁 우리가 승리해야 한다'라는 메시지를 전하러 왔다"면서 "대한민국의 주권을 위협하는 선거관리위원회, 중국 공산당, 민주당, 민노총 등 반국가 세력이 둘러싸고 있을지라도 우리는 반드시 이기게 될 것"이라고 말했다.

또, 그는 안보위기, 수사위기, 이념 편향적 헌법재판소 등을 비판했다. "중국 공산당이 우리나라의 언론과 여론, 산업, 법조계, 정당까지 영향력이 미치지 않는 곳이 없다"면서 "기업 기밀이 약 100여 건 중국에 유출되어도, 민주당이 중국 공산당 간첩을 못 잡게 간첩법 개정을 반대하고 있다. 간첩죄로 기소도 못하는 이게, 나라인가?"라고 날을 세웠다.

 

이어 그는 "북한 간첩을 잡아야 할 이 나라의 경찰은, 간첩을 잡아야한다는 대통령을 체포하고 간첩들은 내버려 뒀다. 검찰은 대통령을 단 한 번도 대질 신문하지 않았고, 쓰레기통 같은 수사 내용 갖고 얼치기 기소를 했다. 우리법 연구회 출신 헌법재판소 문형배 재판관은, '유엔군은 이 땅에 왜 왔을까?' 이따위 발언을 했다"라고 비난했다.

 

그러면서 그는 "민주당이 저를 내란 선전죄로 고발했다"면서 "누가 반국가 세력이고, 내란 세력인가?, 유튜버를 비롯한 일반 국민들을 고발하는 이유는 진실이 없는 민주당이 진실을 외치는 국민들을 겁박하는 전체주의적인 도구 밖에 안 남았기 때문이다. 우리의 상황이 어려워도 6.25 당시의 낙동강 전투를 기억하자. 대통령 지지율이 52%다. 지금 판이 뒤집혔고 우리가 역전을 하고 있다"라고 주장했다. 

 

이어 등단한 전한길 일타강사는 윤석열 대통령의 비상계엄 선포를 법과 질서의 중요성에 대해 국민들을 일깨우는 계몽령이라고 강조했다. 또, 우리법 연구회 출신 헌법재판소 재판관들의 이념 편향적 판결을 비판하고 대통령 직무 복귀와 탄핵 반대를 촉구했다. 그는 '나는 고발한다'라는 제목으로 격정적인 강연을 펼쳤다.

전 강사는 "불의한 헌법재판관들에 대해 사실에 근거한 것만 제시하겠다"라며 문형배.정정미.이미선.정계선 등 우리법연구회 출신 헌재 재판관들의 이념적 판결 성향을 비판했다. 전한길 강사는 문형배 재판관의 불의한 재판 거래에 대해 언급하며, "문형배는 이재명 야당 대표와의 너무나 친분이 깊은 관계"라며 "문형배 페이스북을 팔로우 하는 사람은 김재동, 김어준, 이재명 등인데, 이렇게 자신의 과오 또는 한쪽으로 치우친 사람이라고 발각되고 드러나게 되니까, 페이스북 계정을 삭제해 버렸다. 이것은 법적으로는 증거 인멸"이라고 주장했다.

문형배 헌재소장 권한대행은 2011~2013년 페이스북에서 사법연수원 동기인 이재명 더불어민주당 대표와 최소 7차례 소통한 사실이 알려졌다. 또 문 대형은 2010년 유엔군 참전 용사 묘역을 방문한 뒤 블로그에 “전쟁의 방법으로 통일을 이루려는 자들”이라는 표현을 써 논란이 됐다. 

 

이에 대해 문 대행은 “원문 전체를 읽고 맥락에 따라 판단하길 바란다”라며 “SNS에서 이 대표와 나눈 대화가 대통령 탄핵심판과 어떤 연관이 있는지 의문”이라는 입장을 밝혔다. 

 

전 강사는 국제인권법연구회 소속 이미선.정정미.정계선 재판관의 과오에 대해 고발을 이어갔다. "이미선 재판관은 자신이 13억 원대 주식을 가진 회사에 승소 판결을 내린 직후에 그 회사 주식을 추가로 매입했다"며 "공정해야 될 재판관이 어느 한쪽을 편들어서 이익을 챙기려고 하는 너무나 비겁한 짓'이라고 꼬집었다.

정정미 재판관에 대해 그는 "국회 인사청문회에서 대한민국의 주적이 누구냐라는 질문에 본인의 견해를 밝히는 것은 부적절하다고 답변했다"면서 "지금도 우리의 아들, 형제들이 휴전선에서 혹시나 침략해 올 북한 공산당에 맞서 목숨을 바쳐 대비하고 있는데, 우리의 주된 적이 북한이라고 말하지 못했다"라고 비난했다.
