[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산시와 부산경제진흥원은 지난 21~ 26일까지 중국 훈춘과 러시아 블라디보스토크 등 주요 물류 거점 지역에 ‘2025 부산시 물류개척단’을 파견해, 중·러 물류 협력 기반을 강화하고 북극항로 시대에 대응한 유라시아 수출길 개척에 나섰다고 31일 밝혔다.  

 

현지 물류 인프라 점검 및 협력 방안 논의  

이번 개척단은 시와 부산경제진흥원을 비롯해 한국해양수산개발원(KMI) 및 지역 물류기업 관계자들로 구성됐다. 참가자들은 현지 주요 기관과 물류 거점을 직접 방문해 물류 기반 시설과 운송 체계를 점검하며, 부산발 북극항로를 활용한 수출경로 다변화 방안을 모색했다. 

 

훈춘과 블라디보스토크는 아시아와 유럽을 연결하는 동북아 물류의 핵심 거점이자, 북극항로 개척의 전략적 요충지로 평가받는다. 개척단은 중국 훈춘시 관야비 부시장 및 외사판공실 관계자와 면담하고, 훈춘 종합보세구와 전자상거래산업단지를 둘러보며 도시 간 국제 교류 및 협력 네트워크 확대에 의견을 나눴다.  

 

또 러시아 자루비노항과 현지 물류기업 안리푸드(Anryfood), 로쥐카플류스(Lozhka plyus) 제조공장을 방문해 협력 가능성과 네트워크 구축 방안을 논의했다.  

 

부산-러시아 물류협력 MOU 체결  

23일에는 부산 지역 물류기업 레오나해운항공㈜과 러시아 대표 물류기업 트리아다 디브이(DV)가 부산-러시아 간 물류 협력을 위한 양해각서(MOU)를 체결했다.  

 

트리아다 디브이(DV)는 연해주 및 극동지역에서 연간 10만 TEU 이상 운송 실적을 보유한 주요 물류기업으로, 양사는 이번 협약을 통해 물류 및 공급망 관리 분야 협력, 정보·기술·자원 교류, 지속 가능한 동반관계 구축 등을 약속했다.  

 

블라디보스토크 포럼서 북극항로 협력 논의  

24일에는 블라디보스토크에서 ‘부산-블라디보스토크 물류 활성화 포럼’이 열렸다. 포럼에는 러시아 공무원과 양국 물류 전문가 50여 명이 참석해 ‘북극항로 개척을 위한 한-러 협력 방안’을 주제로 심도 있는 논의를 진행했다.  

 

이 자리에서는 ▲한-러 복합운송 인프라 구축 ▲북극항로 활용 협력 ▲신규 물류 비즈니스 모델 발굴 등 구체적인 실행과제가 제시됐으며, 향후 지역기업의 유라시아 시장 진출 기반을 마련했다는 평가를 받았다.

양 시 협력회의 통해 교류 분야 확대  

이어 열린 ‘부산시-블라디보스토크시 공식 회의’에서는 양 도시 간 인적·물적 교류를 비롯해 문화, 청소년, 체육 등 다양한 분야의 협력 방안이 논의됐다.  

 

개척단은 안리푸드(Anryfood), 로쥐카플류스(Lozhka plyus) 등 현지 물류·유통기업을 다시 찾아 부산 식품 및 소비재 기업의 극동 러시아 수출 네트워크 확대 방안을 협의하고, 마지막 날 나훗카항을 방문해 중고차·석탄·철광석 등 주요 수출품의 물류 운영체계를 점검하며 일정을 마무리했다.  

 

“부산-극동-유럽 물류벨트 현실화 기대”  

시는 이번 물류개척단 파견을 통해 기존 미·중 중심의 수출 구조를 벗어나, 극동 및 유라시아 신흥시장으로 진출할 새로운 수출 루트를 열었다고 평가했다. 부산은 이번 방문을 계기로 ‘부산-훈춘-블라디보스토크’ 물류 벨트 구축의 초석을 다졌으며, 앞으로 ‘부산-극동-유럽 복합 물류 루트’ 실현으로 이어질 것으로 기대된다.

Busan Metropolitan City (Mayor Park Heong-joon) and the Busan Economic Promotion Agency (President Song Bok-chul) announced that they dispatched the “2025 Busan Logistics Delegation” to key logistics hubs in Hunchun, China, and Vladivostok, Russia, from October 21 to 26. The delegation aimed to build a foundation for logistics cooperation with China and Russia while exploring new Eurasian export routes in preparation for the Arctic shipping era.  

 

Field Visits to Local Logistics Infrastructure  

The delegation included representatives from Busan City, the Busan Economic Promotion Agency, the Korea Maritime Institute (KMI), and local logistics companies. Participants visited major institutions and logistics sites to assess local infrastructure and transportation systems, discussing strategies to diversify export channels from Busan through the Arctic Route and to expand into the Eurasian market.  

 

Hunchun and Vladivostok are recognized as strategic logistics hubs connecting Asia and Europe, as well as key outposts for developing the Arctic Route. The delegation held a meeting with Hunchun Vice Mayor Guan Yafei and officials from the Foreign Affairs Office to enhance intercity exchanges, visiting the Hunchun Comprehensive Bonded Zone and E-Commerce Industrial Park. They also toured Zarubino Port in Russia and local logistics and production facilities operated by Anryfood and Lozhka Plyus, exploring partnership possibilities and network-building initiatives.  

 

Busan–Russia Logistics Cooperation MOU Signed  

On October 23, Busan-based Leona Shipping and Air Co., Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Russia’s leading logistics company Triada DV to strengthen bilateral logistics cooperation.  

 

Triada DV, which handles more than 100,000 TEU annually in Primorsky Krai and the Russian Far East, agreed with the Busan company to collaborate in logistics and supply chain management, exchange information, technology, and resources, and establish a sustainable partnership.  

 

Busan–Vladivostok Logistics Forum Highlights Arctic Route Cooperation  

On October 24, the “Busan–Vladivostok Logistics Promotion Forum” was held in Vladivostok, attended by about 50 Russian officials and logistics experts from both countries. The forum focused on “Korea–Russia Cooperation Strategies for Arctic Route Development.”  

 

Discussions covered detailed implementation tasks such as establishing intermodal transport infrastructure between Korea and Russia, fostering cooperative use of the Arctic Route, and developing new business models utilizing this route. The forum laid the groundwork for regional logistics firms to expand into Eurasian markets.  

 

Broader City-to-City Cooperation Discussed  

During the official “Busan–Vladivostok City Meeting,” both cities discussed expanding human and material exchanges and exploring new cooperation opportunities in culture, youth, and sports.  

 

Delegation members then revisited local logistics and distribution companies including Anryfood and Lozhka Plyus to discuss ways to support Busan’s food and consumer goods exporters entering the Russian Far East market. On the final day, they inspected the logistics operations at Nakhodka Port, focusing on major export items such as used cars, coal, and iron ore.  

 

Building the Busan–Far East–Europe Logistics Belt  

Through this mission, Busan succeeded in taking a major step toward diversifying export routes beyond the traditional U.S.- and China-centered structure. The city established the groundwork for a “Busan–Hunchun–Vladivostok Logistics Belt,” paving the way for full-fledged cooperation along the envisioned “Busan–Far East–Europe integrated logistics route.”
