[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] BNK금융 임원후보추천위원회는 금융감독원 모범관행에 따라 관리 중이던 내·외부 후보군 중 지원서를 제출한 후보를 대상으로 서류 심사를 거쳐 최고경영자 1차 후보군 7명을 선정하였다고 6일 밝혔다.

이번 최고경영자 1차 심사는 충분한 검증을 위해 예년과 달리 3회차에 거쳐 진행하였다. 지원자가 제출한 지원서 등을 중심으로 그룹 비전 공유 역량, 전문성(경력), 공익성 및 건전경영 능력, 리더십 등을 중점 평가하였다고 전했다.

향후 임추위는 최고경영자 1차 후보군을 대상으로 프레젠이션 평가, 외부 전문가 면접 등을 통해 2차 후보군을 선정하고, 심층 면접을 통해 최종 후보자를 추천할 예정이다.
