[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산시가 지역 산업단지의 경쟁력 강화와 기업 애로 해소를 위해 현장을 직접 찾아 목소리를 듣는 ‘기업 혁신성장 릴레이 간담회’를 이어가며, 기업과 지역사회가 상생할 실질적 해법 마련에 속도를 높이고 있다.

시는 18일 오후 3시, 기장군 정관산업단지 내 한국장애인고용공단 부산직업능력개발원에서 명례·정관 산단 입주기업과 함께 ‘제2차 기업 혁신성장 릴레이 간담회’를 개최했다.

이날 간담회에는 박형준 부산시장과 이승우 시의원, 최순환 명례일반산업단지관리공단 이사장, 노응범 정관일반산업단지 입주기업협의회 이사장, 산단 기업 대표 등 27명이 참석했다.

현장 애로 논의… 근로환경·주차난 해결 등 실질 대책 모색

이번 간담회에서는 지역 기업들이 겪고 있는 현장 기반의 문제들이 폭넓게 논의됐다. 기업들은 ▲근로환경 개선 ▲주차난 해소 등 경영 효율화와 근로자 복지 향상을 동시에 추진할 수 있는 현장의 요구를 전달했으며, 시는 이를 반영한 구체적 개선 방안을 함께 모색했다. 시는 이러한 논의를 바탕으로 명례·정관 산단의 산업 경쟁력을 강화하고, 지속 가능한 발전 기반을 조성하는 실행 전략을 마련한다는 계획이다.

기업 자금·통상 대응력 강화 위한 종합 지원 확대

시는 지역 기업들이 가장 크게 호소하는 자금난 해소를 위해 올해 2조 330억 원 규모의 정책자금을 편성했으며, 창업·벤처기업을 위한 1천억 원 규모의 ‘기술혁신 특별자금’도 신규 조성해 기술 기반 기업 지원을 강화하고 있다. 또한 글로벌 통상 환경 변화에 대응하기 위해 ▲관세 피해기업 지원 ▲해외 물류비 지원 확대 ▲신시장 개척 지원 등 기업의 글로벌 진출 기반을 적극 확보하고 있다.

근로환경 개선 및 산단 경쟁력 강화 정책 병행

부산시는 산업단지 근로자와 지역 청년들을 위한 다양한 환경 개선 정책도 추진 중이다. 산단 통근버스 확대, 청년 근로자 친환경차 임차비 지원, LH 임대주택 기숙사 공급, 청년문화센터 조성, 노후 공장 리뉴얼 등 기업 경쟁력과 근로환경을 동시 강화하는 다각적 시책이 포함됐다.

박형준 시장은 “동부산권 명례·정관 산단은 부산 산업 지도를 균형 있게 확장하는 핵심 축”이라며 “전통 제조업 위에 친환경 첨단 산업을 결합해 새로운 성장 동력을 창출할 것”이라고 밝혔다. 또한 “부산이 남부권의 중심도시로 확실히 자리매김할 수 있도록, 기업 곁에서 든든한 동반자로서 혁신성장을 힘 있게 추진하겠다”고 말했다.

Busan City is accelerating efforts to strengthen industrial complex competitiveness and resolve corporate challenges by directly visiting business sites through its ongoing “Corporate Innovation Growth Relay Meetings,” designed to foster practical, mutually beneficial solutions for both companies and local communities.

Busan City held the '2nd Corporate Innovation Growth Relay Meeting' on November 18 at 3 p.m. at the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled’s Busan Vocational Development Center in the Jeonggwan Industrial Complex. The meeting brought together Busan Mayor Park Heong-joon, City Councilor Lee Seung-woo, Myeongrye General Industrial Complex Management Corporation Chairman Choi Soon-hwan, Jeonggwan Industrial Complex Tenants’ Association Chairman Noh Eung-beom, and 27 representatives from companies within the Myeongrye and Jeonggwan industrial complexes.

Addressing On-site Challenges: Improving Working Conditions and Alleviating Parking Shortages

During the meeting, a wide range of on-site difficulties faced by local companies were discussed. Participating companies raised issues such as **working environment improvement** and **parking shortages**, which directly affect operational efficiency and employee welfare. Busan City pledged to explore concrete improvement measures that reflect these on-the-ground needs.

Based on these discussions, the city aims to develop actionable strategies to enhance the competitiveness of the Myeongrye and Jeonggwan industrial complexes and establish a foundation for sustainable growth.

Expanded Financial and Trade Support to Strengthen Corporate Competitiveness

To ease the financial pressures most frequently cited by local companies, Busan City has allocated '2.033 trillion KRW' in policy funds this year. It has also created a 100 billion KRW 'Technology Innovation Special Fund' to support startups and venture companies with high growth potential.

In addition, the city is strengthening companies’ global competitiveness through various initiatives, including support for firms affected by tariff issues, expanded subsidies for overseas logistics costs, and assistance in developing new global markets.

Improving Working Environments and Reinforcing Industrial Competitiveness

Busan City is simultaneously promoting multiple policies aimed at improving working conditions for industrial complex employees and local youth. These include expanding 'industrial complex commuter bus services', providing **subsidies for eco-friendly vehicle rentals for young workers**, supplying 'LH dormitory-style rental housing', establishing a 'youth cultural center', and supporting 'renovation of aging factory facilities'.

Mayor Park emphasized the strategic importance of the region, stating, “The Myeongrye and Jeonggwan industrial complexes are crucial pillars in expanding Busan’s industrial landscape in a balanced manner. By integrating traditional manufacturing with eco-friendly advanced industries, they will become a new driving force for the regional economy.”

He added, “We will continue to stand firmly beside our companies as reliable partners and push forward innovation-driven growth so that Busan can solidify its position as the leading city of the southern region.”
