[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산시가 연말 소비 부담 완화와 전통시장 활성화를 위해 오는 22~23일 이틀간 지역 전통시장 96곳에서 온누리상품권 환급 행사를 연다.

행사 기간 5만 원 이상 구매 시 1만 원을 즉시 돌려받을 수 있다. 부산시는 연말을 맞아 '전통시장 온누리상품권 환급행사(3차)'를 오는 12월 22일부터 23일까지 이틀간 개최한다고 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 6월과 11월에 이어 올해 세 번째이자 마지막 환급 행사로, 부산지역 전통시장 96곳(환급장소 82곳)에서 진행된다.

행사 기간 전통시장에서 5만 원 이상 구매한 시민은 시장 내 환급 부스를 방문하면 온누리상품권 1만 원권을 즉시 받을 수 있다. 환급 상품권은 현장에서 바로 사용할 수 있어 추가 소비로도 이어질 전망이다.

환급은 당일 구매 영수증만 인정되며, 동일 시장 내 영수증 합산은 가능하나 타 시장 간 합산은 불가하다. 1인당 환급 한도는 1일 최대 1만 원, 행사 기간 전체 기준으로도 최대 1만 원이다.

도소매업과 음식점업 등 전통시장 내 대부분의 업종이 참여해 품목 제한 없이 환급이 가능하다. 다만 유흥·사행성 업종과 간이 영수증, 세금계산서 등은 환급 대상에서 제외되며, 시장별 배정된 상품권이 소진되면 행사는 조기 종료된다.

시는 지난 11월 2차 행사에서 나타난 높은 참여 열기를 반영해 운영시간을 확대하고 인력을 보강하는 등 행사 운영을 개선했다. 아울러 연말 쇼핑객 증가에 대비해 현장 모니터링을 강화하고, 상인회와 협력해 혼잡 관리와 민원 대응에 나설 계획이다.

대기 불편을 줄이기 위해 환급 부스 주변에 대기 의자를 비치하고, 한파에 대비한 핫팩도 제공한다. 참여 시장과 환급 장소, 운영 시간 등 세부 사항은 부산시 누리집에서 확인할 수 있다.

부산시는 이번 행사가 전통시장 매출 증대와 신규 방문객 유입은 물론, 침체된 지역 상권 회복과 연말 소비 심리 개선에 긍정적인 효과를 가져올 것으로 기대하고 있다.

The Busan Metropolitan Government announced that it will hold its third Onnuri Gift Certificate refund event of the year from **December 22 to 23**, offering shoppers immediate benefits at **96 traditional markets** across the city.

During the two-day event, customers who spend **₩50,000 or more** at participating markets will receive a **₩10,000 refund** in the form of a paper-based Onnuri Gift Certificate. The refund can be redeemed instantly at the market for additional purchases.

This year-end promotion follows similar events held in June and November and marks the final refund campaign of 2024. According to the city, the previous two rounds attracted more than **73,000 participants** and generated over **₩52 billion in consumer spending**, highlighting strong public interest and tangible economic impact.

To ensure fair distribution of benefits, refunds are limited to **₩10,000 per person per day**, with a maximum of **₩10,000 per person for the entire event period**. Only same-day receipts are accepted, although multiple receipts from the same market may be combined. Receipts from different markets cannot be combined.

Most businesses within traditional markets, including retail shops and restaurants, are eligible for the promotion. However, entertainment and speculative businesses are excluded, as are simplified receipts and tax invoices. The event may end early at individual markets if allocated gift certificates are exhausted.

Anticipating increased foot traffic during the year-end shopping season, the city plans to strengthen on-site monitoring and work closely with merchant associations to manage crowds and respond promptly to complaints. Seating areas and hand warmers will also be provided to reduce inconvenience for customers waiting in line.
