[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산대학교는 2026학년도 정시모집 원서접수를 12월 31일 마감한 결과, 1,714명 모집에 7,996명이 지원해 평균 경쟁률 4.67대 1을 기록했다고 밝혔다. 지난해(4.2대 1)보다 소폭 상승했다.  

‘가’군에서는 930명 모집에 4,134명이 지원해 4.45대 1의 경쟁률을 보였으며, ‘나’군은 752명 모집에 3,087명이 지원해 4.11대 1을 기록했다. ‘다’군은 32명 모집에 775명이 몰려 24.22대 1로 가장 높은 경쟁률을 나타냈다.  

계열별로는 인문사회계열 유아교육과가 6명 모집에 63명이 지원해 10.5대 1, 자연계열에서는 스마트시티전공이 10명 모집에 300명이 지원해 30대 1로 가장 높은 경쟁률을 보였다.  

정시모집 실기전형은 스포츠과학과가 1월 7일, 예술대학은 1월 9일과 12일에 실시되며, 실기고사 대상자와 장소는 1월 6일 오후 4시에 공지될 예정이다. 합격자 발표는 1월 30일 오후 4시 부산대학교 입학정보 홈페이지([http://go.pusan.ac.kr](http://go.pusan.ac.kr))에서 확인할 수 있다.

Pusan National University (President Choi Jae-won) announced that applications for the 2026 regular admission process closed on December 31, with 7,996 applicants competing for 1,714 spots, resulting in an average competition rate of 4.67 to 1. This marks a slight increase from last year’s 4.2 to 1.  

In detail, the university received 4,134 applications for 930 openings in the “A” group (4.45:1), 3,087 for 752 openings in the “B” group (4.11:1), and 775 for 32 openings in the “C” group, recording a notably high rate of 24.22 to 1.  

By academic field, the Department of Early Childhood Education in the humanities and social sciences posted a 10.5 to 1 competition rate (63 applicants for 6 spots), while the Smart City major in the natural sciences recorded the highest rate overall at 30 to 1 (300 applicants for 10 spots).  

Practical exams will be held on January 7 for the Department of Sports Science and on January 9 and 12 for the College of Arts. Details regarding test locations and eligible applicants will be announced on January 6 at 4 p.m. The final admission results will be released on January 30 at 4 p.m. through PNU’s admissions website ([http://go.pusan.ac.kr](http://go.pusan.ac.kr)).
