[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 한동훈 무소속(부산 북구갑) 의원이 이재명 대통령의 보완수사 금지 형사소송법에 대한 거부권 행사 거부를 두고 "장윤기 같은 살인자, 돌려차기 범인 같은 범죄자의 편을 들겠다고 선언한 것이며 피해자들에게 지옥문을 연 것"이라고 강력 비판했다.

한 의원은 4일 범죄 피해자 김진주 씨와 함께한 간담회 발언을 전한 페이스북 게시글을 통해 "전당대회 한번 이겨보겠다고 전 국민의 삶을 근저당 잡은 이재명 대통령을 이제 국민들이 거부할 것"이라며 이같이 밝혔다.

그는 민주당 정치인들이 해당 법안을 노무현 전 대통령 묘소에 바쳤다는 점을 언급하며 "검찰에 대한 복수심 마케팅과 '억울하게 당했다'는 가스라이팅 하나로 20년간 정치해 왔다"고 꼬집었다. 이어 "그 과정에서 국민을 보호하는 시스템이 부서져 왔고 보완수사 금지로 마지막 복수의 칼을 꽂았다"며 "정작 복수 당한 것은 검찰이 아니라 김진주 씨, 고 이채원 양 같은 범죄 피해자들과 전 국민"이라고 지적했다.

한 의원은 민주당 인사들의 '가짜 억울함' 사례를 실명으로 조목조목 직격했다. 한명숙 전 총리에 대해 "동생 전세자금에서 건설업자 수표가 나왔고 대법원 유죄가 확정됐다"고 밝혔다.

또, 김민석 전 총리에 대해서도 "불법자금을 받아 구속영장이 청구되자 농성하며 법 집행을 거부했고 대법원 유죄 확정 후 추징금까지 스스로 냈다"고 지적했다. 송영길 의원에 대해서는 "위법수집증거라는 형식적 이유로 무죄를 받은 것이지 다른 관련자들은 돈봉투 유죄가 확정됐다"고 꼬집었다. 

이재명 대통령을 향해서는 "깡패 출신 사업가가 경기지사 방북 비용을 대신 북한에 준 것이 대법원 판결로 확정됐다"며 "모든 국민이 받는 재판까지 억지로 중단해 놓고 뭐가 억울하냐"고 비판했다. 노무현 전 대통령에 대해서는 한미 FTA 결단 등 공익적 성과를 높이 평가하면서도 과거 과오에 대한 성역 없는 지적을 이어갔다.

한 의원은 "노 전 대통령 일가가 박연차 씨로부터 수백만 달러의 불법자금과 수억 대 금품을 받은 것, 총무비서관이 청와대 공금을 빼돌린 것은 사실"이라며 "당시 친민주당 성향 언론은 물론 변호인이었던 문재인 전 대통령도 상당 부분 인정했던 내용"이라고 했다. 

그러면서 "불법이 존재하지 않았던 것처럼 미화하며 복수심 마케팅을 펼치는 것은 잘못된 것"이라며 "정작 노 전 대통령 가족도 바라지 않는 복수심 마케팅으로 민주당 정치인들이 사법 시스템을 망쳤다"고 직격했다.

한 의원은 "민주당 정치인들이 가짜 억울함으로 복수심 마케팅을 펼쳐 진짜 억울한 범죄 피해자들에게 지옥문을 열었다"며 무너진 사법 시스템을 반드시 정상화해야 한다고 강조했다.

Independent lawmaker Han Dong-hoon strongly criticized President Lee Jae-myung's decision to forgo a veto on the Criminal Procedure Act amendment banning supplementary investigations, stating that Lee "declared his alignment with murderers like Jang Yoon-ki and criminals like the Busan kick-and-run perpetrator, effectively opening a hellgate for crime victims."

In a Facebook post sharing his remarks from a roundtable with crime victim Kim Jin-joo, Rep. Han stated, "The public will now reject President Lee Jae-myung, who has mortgaged the lives of the entire nation just to win a party convention."

Noting that Democratic Party politicians dedicated this bill to the grave of the late former President Roh Moo-hyun, Han pointed out, "For 20 years, Democratic Party politicians have sustained their political careers on revenge marketing against the prosecution and gaslighting the public with claims of unfair persecution." 

He added, "In that process, the protective system safeguarding citizens from crime was dismantled piece by piece, with the ban on supplementary investigations delivering the final blow. The ones who suffered revenge are not the prosecution, but crime victims like Ms. Kim Jin-joo, the late Lee Chae-won, and all Korean citizens who could become crime victims at any time."

Han directly targeted specific Democratic Party figures to dismantle their narrative of "fake victimhood." Regarding former Prime Minister Han Myeong-sook, he stated that "checks from a construction entrepreneur were found in her sibling's lease deposit, and her conviction was finalized by the Supreme Court." 

Regarding former Prime Minister Kim Min-seok, Han noted that "after receiving illegal funds and facing an arrest warrant, he staged a sit-in to refuse law enforcement, but his Supreme Court conviction was finalized and he ultimately paid the court-ordered fines himself." 

Addressing Representative Song Young-gil, Han remarked, "He was acquitted strictly on formal grounds regarding illegally obtained evidence, whereas other key figures involved were convicted for distributing cash envelopes."

Turning to President Lee Jae-myung, Han criticized, "It is an established fact confirmed by a Supreme Court ruling that a gangster-turned-businessman transferred funds to North Korea on behalf of Governor Lee's visit. After forcibly suspending trials that every citizen must undergo, on what grounds does he claim unfairness?"

While highly praising former President Roh Moo-hyun's public service achievements, such as the decision to pursue the Korea-U.S. FTA, Han maintained a candid stance on past illegalities. 

Han asserted, "It is a fact that former President Roh's family received millions of dollars in illegal funds and hundreds of millions of won in valuables from businessman Park Yeon-cha, and that his protocol secretary embezzled Blue House public funds.

These were facts acknowledged at the time by many Democratic Party politicians, pro-Democratic media outlets, and even former President Moon Jae-in, who served as Roh's defense counsel." He stressed, "Beautifying these events as if no illegalities existed and conducting revenge marketing is wrong. Democratic Party politicians have ruined the judicial system with a revenge agenda that even former President Roh's family does not desire."

Han concluded by emphasizing, "Democratic Party politicians have opened a hellgate for real, innocent crime victims through revenge marketing based on fake victimhood," calling for an immediate restoration of the judicial and victim protection systems.
