[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산광역시교육청이 유·초·중등학교 관리자와 교육전문직원 등 총 366명 규모의 2026년 9월 1일자 정기인사를 발표했다.

이번 인사는 학교 현장의 안정성을 다지는 동시에 AI 시대를 선도하는 부산 미래교육 대전환을 차질 없이 추진하는 데 중점을 뒀다.

유·초·중등 학교관리자 총 274명 배치

학교 현장의 변화와 안정을 이끌 학교관리자는 유·초등 150명, 중등 124명 등 총 274명이 임명 및 전보됐다. 유·초등의 경우 교(원)장은 승진, 공모, 전직, 중임 37명과 전보 34명 등 총 71명이 배치됐다. 교(원)감은 승진 및 전직 31명과 전보 48명 등 총 79명이 각각 임명됐다.

중등의 경우 교장은 승진, 공모, 전직, 중임 37명과 전보 15명 등 총 52명이 발령받았으며, 교감은 승진 및 전직 33명과 전보 39명 등 총 72명이 새 보직을 받았다.

미래교육 핵심 역점과제 이끌 교육전문직원 92명 발령

‘AI 시대를 선도하는 인간중심 미래교육’ 등 부산교육의 미래 대전환 정책을 현장에서 주도할 교육전문직원 92명에 대한 인사도 함께 이뤄졌다. 유·초등 교육전문직원 40명과 중등 교육전문직원 52명이 각각 승진·전직·전보를 통해 적재적소에 임명 배치됐다.

김석준 교육감은 "이번 인사가 학교 현장의 안정과 신뢰를 바탕으로 부산 미래교육의 전환을 힘있게 추진할 수 있도록 전문성과 역량을 갖춘 인재를 배치하는 데 중점을 뒀다"고 강조했다.

아울러 김 교육감은 "선생님들이 교육활동에 전념하고 학생 한 명 한 명이 자신의 꿈과 미래를 키워갈 수 있도록 공정하고 신뢰받는 인사정책을 펼쳐 '다함께 미래로, 앞서가는 부산교육'을 실현하겠다"고 밝혔다.

The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education (Superintendent Kim Seok-jun) announced a major personnel assignment on August 14 for 366 school administrators and educational professional staff at kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school levels, effective September 1, 2026. This reshuffle focuses on consolidating stability in schools while seamlessly driving a future-oriented educational transformation led by human-centered AI education.

A Total of 274 School Administrators Appointed and Reassigned

A total of 274 school administrators—150 at the kindergarten/elementary level and 124 at the secondary level—have been newly appointed or transferred to lead change and stability in schools.

For kindergarten and elementary schools, 71 principals were assigned (37 through promotion, open recruitment, job category transfer, and reappointment; 34 through reassignment). In addition, 79 vice principals were appointed (31 through promotion and job category transfer; 48 through reassignment).

For secondary schools, 52 principals were assigned (37 through promotion, open recruitment, job category transfer, and reappointment; 15 through reassignment), while 72 vice principals received new positions (33 through promotion and job category transfer; 39 through reassignment).

92 Educational Professional Staff Assigned to Drive Key Future-Education Initiatives

Personnel actions were also completed for 92 educational professional staff members who will actively implement key focus areas, such as "Human-Centered Future Education Leading the AI Era." A total of 40 kindergarten/elementary staff members and 52 secondary staff members were appointed and assigned to optimal positions through promotion, job category transfer, and reassignment.

Superintendent Kim Seok-jun stated that this personnel reshuffle focuses on placing highly competent and professional administrators and staff members in the right positions so that Busan's future-education transition can be forcefully driven on a foundation of stability and trust in schools. He added that the office will execute fair and trusted personnel policies so that teachers can fully dedicate themselves to educational activities and every single student can cultivate their dreams and future, realizing the vision of "Together into the Future, Leading Busan Education."
