[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산시가 친환경 조선 기자재, 재생에너지, 제조 AI 분야 유망기업 4곳과 총 440억 원 규모의 투자양해각서(MOU)를 체결했다. 이번 협약으로 부산에 193명의 신규 고용과 기업 이전이 이뤄질 전망이다.  

친환경 조선·해양 전문기업, 부산 제2공장 설립  

에스엔시스㈜는 친환경 조선·해양 기자재를 개발·생산하며 MRO(유지보수)까지 제공하는 통합 솔루션 기업이다. 경기도 화성에 본사를 두고 2021년 부산으로 제조공장을 이전한 뒤, 수주 물량 증가에 따른 생산 능력(CAPA) 확대, 첨단 생산라인 구축(AI기반, 자동화, 로봇화) 등을 위해 현 공장(강서구 국제산업물류도시 내) 인근 유휴 부지에 제2공장을 설립할 예정이다.

부산 향토기업 해리아나, EDC로 본사 이전  

선박 온도센서와 항해장비를 생산하는 해리아나는 해외 기자재의 국산화를 이끌어온 부산의 대표 향토기업이다. 최근 조선산업 호황에 따른 수주 급증으로 에코델타시티(EDC)에 본사와 공장을 통합 이전하며, 친환경 에너지 신사업에도 본격 진출한다.  

나우이엔티, 재생에너지 설비 확충 추진  

태양광 발전소 제조 전문기업 나우이엔티는 구조 안정성과 효율적 유지관리를 고려한 자체 설계·조립 시스템으로 경쟁력을 갖춘 기업이다. 회사는 재생에너지 설비 확충과 자동화 설비 도입을 위해 부산 본사를 EDC 부지로 확장 이전한다.

AI 융합 신발 플랫폼 기업, 사상구로 이전  

국내 유일의 AI 융합 신발 제조 플랫폼을 운영하는 크리스틴컴퍼니는 사상구로 본사를 이전한다. 지역 신발산업 네트워크를 활용해 AI 신발 제조 매칭 플랫폼 ‘신플(SINPLE)’과 디자인 솔루션 ‘슈캐치(ShoeCatch)’를 고도화해 디지털 전환(DX)을 선도할 방침이다.  

“부산의 미래 경쟁력 강화할 것”  

박형준 부산시장은 “친환경 에너지와 AI 기술을 보유한 기업들이 부산을 다시 선택한 것은 도시의 성장 잠재력을 입증한 사례”라며 “기업들이 글로벌 기업으로 성장할 수 있도록 행정·재정적 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 밝혔다. 시는 이번 협약을 계기로 조선·신발 등 주력산업의 디지털 전환과 탄소중립 추진을 가속화해 고부가가치 산업 생태계를 구축할 계획이다.

The Busan Metropolitan Government has signed investment agreements worth 44 billion won with four companies in the eco-friendly ship equipment, renewable energy, and AI-based manufacturing sectors. The deal is expected to create 193 new jobs and bring key corporate relocations to Busan.  

Eco-Friendly Ship Equipment Firm to Build Second Plant in Busan  

S&Sys Co., Ltd., a leader in eco-friendly marine and ship equipment, develops, produces, and maintains key ship components including switchboards, ballast water treatment systems, and automation controls. After moving its factory to Busan in 2021, the company now plans to build a second plant near its existing facilities in the Gangseo District, equipped with AI-powered automated and robotic manufacturing lines to expand production capacity.  

Local Ship Equipment Maker Heriana Relocating to Eco Delta City  

Heriana Co., a renowned Busan-based manufacturer of temperature sensors and navigation instruments, has driven the localization of marine equipment through continued R&D. With surging orders amid the shipbuilding boom, the firm will relocate its headquarters and factory to the Eco Delta City (EDC) complex, expanding into new eco-energy businesses.  

Renewable Energy Firm Now ENT Expanding at EDC  

Now ENT Co., Ltd., specializing in solar power plant manufacturing, offers an integrated “design-to-assembly” solution that enhances structural stability and maintenance efficiency. To strengthen its infrastructure and adopt more automated systems, the company will expand its headquarters to a new site within Busan’s Eco Delta City.  

AI Footwear Platform Innovator Moves to Sasang District  

Kristin Company, operator of Korea’s only AI-integrated footwear manufacturing platform, will relocate its headquarters to Sasang District, home to Busan’s shoe industry cluster. By leveraging local industrial networks, the firm aims to enhance its AI-based manufacturing matching platform “SINPLE” and its design solution “ShoeCatch,” accelerating the digital transformation of the footwear sector.  

Mayor Park: “A Testament to Busan’s Growth Potential”

Busan Mayor Park Heong-joon stated that the return of companies leading in eco-friendly energy and AI technologies demonstrates Busan’s potential for growth. He pledged continued administrative and financial support to help these firms become global players, while promoting digital innovation and carbon neutrality across Busan’s key industries such as shipbuilding and shoemaking.
