[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자]  부산광역시교육청은 5일 오전 10시 누리집을 통해 2026학년도 공립 중등학교 교사 임용후보자 선정 경쟁시험 최종 합격자 552명을 발표했다. 이번 발표에는 보건, 사서, 전문상담, 영양, 특수교사를 포함한 일반모집 32과목 545명과 장애모집 5과목 7명이 포함됐다.  

이번 합격자는 1차 시험 합격자 841명 가운데 교수·학습지도안 작성, 수업실연, 교직적성 심층면접, 실기평가 등 2차 시험을 거쳐 최종 선발됐다. 남녀 비율은 남성 35.7%(197명), 여성 64.3%(355명)로, 지난해보다 남성 비율은 1.5%포인트 감소하고 여성 비율은 1.5%포인트 증가했다.  

합격자는 5일부터 12일까지 시교육청 교직원온라인채용(중등임용) 사이트에서 개인별 성적을 조회할 수 있다. 또한 5일부터 10일까지 등기우편(10일 우체국 소인분까지 유효)으로 등록 서류를 시교육청 교원인사과에 제출해야 한다.  

신규 임용 예정자는 9일부터 23일까지 38시간의 집합 연수를 받고, 연수 기간 중 배정 학교가 확정되면 12일과 13일 이틀간 현장 업무실습을 통해 학교 업무를 익힌다.  

부산교육청은 교원 수급 계획에 따라 이들을 오는 3월 1일부터 순차적으로 배치할 예정이다. 한편, 시교육청에 시험 일부 또는 전부를 위탁한 사립 중등학교 교사 합격자는 각 사립학교 누리집에서 별도로 확인할 수 있다.  

[Here’s the English version of the article] Busan Education Office Announces 552 Successful Applicants for 2026 Secondary Teacher Recruitment

The Busan Metropolitan City Office of Education announced Friday that 552 candidates have passed the 2026 public secondary school teacher recruitment exam, including positions for health, librarian, counseling, nutrition, and special education teachers. The final list was released on the office’s website at 10 a.m.  

According to officials, 545 candidates were selected from 32 subjects in the general category, and seven from five subjects in the special category for applicants with disabilities. The successful candidates were chosen from 841 who advanced past the first round after completing the second stage, which assessed lesson planning, teaching demonstrations, interviews, and practical skills.  

Of the total, 35.7% (197) are men and 64.3% (355) are women, marking a 1.5 percentage point decrease in the proportion of men and a corresponding increase for women compared with the previous year.  

Candidates can check their individual test scores through the “Teacher Recruitment (Secondary)” portal on the education office’s website from Feb. 5 to Feb. 12. They must also mail the required registration documents to the Teacher Personnel Division by registered mail between Feb. 5 and Feb. 10, with postmarks accepted through that date.  

Newly appointed teachers are required to complete a 38-hour training program from Feb. 9 to Feb. 23. Once school assignments are finalized during the training period, they will undergo two days of on-site practical training on Feb. 12 and 13.  

The Busan education office said the new teachers will be assigned sequentially starting March 1 in accordance with teacher staffing plans. Results for private secondary schools that entrusted part or all of their second-round exams to the education office will be announced separately by each school.
