[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산시는 부산경제진흥원과 함께 청년이 신뢰하고 취업할 수 있는 지역 우수기업을 선정하는 ‘2026년 청끌(청년이 끌리는)기업 발굴·매칭 지원사업’에 참여할 신규 기업 30곳을 오는 23일까지 모집한다. 

청끌기업은 임금 수준, 고용 안정성, 일과 삶의 균형 등 청년이 취업 시 가장 중요하게 고려하는 요소를 기준으로 시가 직접 검증해 선정한 기업이다.  

시는 지난달 기존 청끌기업 110곳 중 90곳을 재인증했으며, 올해 신규 30곳을 추가 선정해 총 120곳으로 확대할 계획이다. 지난해 재인증 신청 기업은 100곳으로 전년보다 37퍼센트 증가했으며, 선정 기업도 58곳에서 90곳으로 55퍼센트 늘었다. 시는 청끌기업의 브랜드 가치와 정책 신뢰도가 높아진 결과라고 설명했다.  

시는 올해 기업과 청년을 직접 연결하는 단계별 채용 지원 시스템을 강화한다. 청끌기업에는 ‘부산청년 잡매칭 인턴사업’을 연계 지원해 정규직 전환을 조건으로 1인당 3개월간 최대 450만 원의 인건비를 지원한다. 하반기에는 대규모 ‘청끌기업 플러스 메가 채용박람회’를 열어 기업 홍보, 채용 상담, 직무 매칭을 추진한다. 또 전담 매니저의 구인 지원, 홍보 영상과 기업 안내책자 제작, 대학 방문 설명회 등의 혜택도 제공된다.  

신청 대상은 부산에 본사와 주사업장이 모두 있고, 2023년 1월 1일 이전에 사업자등록을 마친 뒤 3년 이상 정상 운영 중인 기업이다. 2025년 12월 31일 기준 종사자 수가 10명 이상이어야 하며, 임금 수준과 고용 안정성 등을 평가하는 정량평가, 청년평가단이 참여하는 현장평가, 조직문화를 중심으로 한 정성평가를 거쳐 3월 중 최종 선정된다.  

시는 올해 청끌기업 120곳 중 상반기에 청년고용우수기업 5곳을 선정해 좋은 일터 강화 지원금 4천만 원, 사업용 부동산 취득세 면제, 부산 우수기업 인증, 신용보증 수수료 감면 등 인센티브를 제공할 예정이다.  

신청은 부산일자리정보망 누리집(www.busanjob.net)을 통해 2월 23일 오후 5시까지 받으며, 자세한 문의는 부산경제진흥원 청년두드림센터(051-600-1356)로 하면 된다.  

박형준 부산시장은 “올해는 재인증 규모가 크게 확대돼 사업의 연속성과 신뢰성이 강화됐다”며 “메가 채용박람회와 인턴십 연계를 통해 실질적인 채용 성과를 내고, 청년이 머물고 싶은 부산을 만들겠다”고 말했다.  

[Here're an English version of  the article] Busan to Recruit 30 New “Youth-Friendly” Companies

The Busan Metropolitan Government announced on Feb. 6 that it will recruit 30 new companies to join the 2026 “Youth-Attractive (Cheongkkeul) Company Discovery and Matching Program,” in partnership with the Busan Economic Promotion Agency. The program aims to identify trustworthy local employers and help young job seekers find stable positions.  

A “Cheongkkeul Company” is a certified local business verified by the city based on key factors young people value most in employment—such as wage level, job stability, and work-life balance.  

Last month, the city renewed certification for 90 of the 110 previously designated companies and plans to expand the total to 120 this year. Applications for recertification rose by about 37 percent from the previous year, while the number of selected firms increased by 55 percent, reflecting growing trust and recognition in the program.  

In 2026, Busan plans to strengthen its step-by-step employment support system to directly connect companies and young job seekers. Selected firms will be eligible for the “Busan Youth Job-Matching Internship Program,” which subsidizes up to 4.5 million won per intern over three months, provided they are hired with the prospect of permanent employment. The city will also host a large-scale “Cheongkkeul Plus Mega Job Fair” in the second half of the year to promote direct hiring through on-site consultations and job matching.  

To qualify, companies must have both their headquarters and main operations in Busan, have been in business for at least three years as of Jan. 1, 2023, and employ at least 10 workers as of the end of 2025. Final selections will be made in March after quantitative, on-site, and qualitative evaluations, including workplace assessments by a youth evaluation panel.  

Among the 120 designated firms, five will be chosen in the first half of the year as “Outstanding Youth Employment Companies.” Each will receive a 40 million won support grant, exemptions from acquisition taxes on business property, local “Excellent Company” certification, and reductions in credit guarantee fees.

Busan Mayor Park Heong-joon said the city will focus on achieving tangible hiring results by expanding internships and job fairs while continuing to foster a city where young people want to build their futures.
