[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산시가 김해공항과 주요 관광지를 연결하는 공항 리무진버스 노선을 내년 1월 5일부터 개편해 운행 효율성과 이용객 편의를 높인다.  

부산시는 지난 5개월간의 실제 운행 데이터를 분석한 결과를 바탕으로, 공항 리무진버스 운행계통을 일부 조정해 오는 1월 5일 첫차부터 적용한다고 31일 밝혔다.  

이번 개편은 노선 효율성과 이용자 편의를 동시에 강화하기 위한 조치로, 특히 해운대·기장 구간을 잇는 '공항리무진1 노선'에 변화가 집중된다.

시는 동부산 관광수요를 반영해 ‘오시리아테마파크’(공항행)와 ‘한화마티에’(기장행) 정류장을 새로 신설하고, 해운대해수욕장 인근 일부 정류소 위치를 조정해 이용 혼선을 줄였다. 기존 ‘해운대해수욕장 입구(09112)’ 정류소는 ‘해운대해수욕장(09116)’으로 변경돼 상·하행 방향의 명칭이 통일된다.  

또한 기장 방면 수요가 적은 점을 고려해 운행 횟수를 줄이는 대신, 장산 방면 노선은 증편해 배차 간격을 기존 60분에서 20~60분으로 단축한다. 시는 차량을 추가 투입해 공항 이용객이 집중되는 시간대에도 탑승 불편이 없도록 한다는 방침이다.  

공항리무진2(서면·부전 노선)은 이용자 부담 완화를 위해 성인 기준 요금을 기존 7,500원에서 6,000원으로 1,500원 인하한다. 배차 간격은 60~80분으로 조정되며, 노선과 정류소는 기존과 동일하게 운영된다.  

부산시는 지난해 사업자 노선권 반납으로 한때 운행이 중단된 공항 리무진버스가 올해 2월 새 사업자 선정을 거쳐 7월 31일부터 다시 운행을 시작했으며, 12월 말 기준 하루 평균 약 300명, 누적 5만 명이 이용하는 등 안정적으로 운영되고 있다고 밝혔다.

The City of Busan will revise the routes of its airport limousine buses connecting Gimhae International Airport and major tourist destinations starting January 5, 2026, to enhance operational efficiency and passenger convenience.  

Busan Metropolitan Government announced on December 31 that it will implement route adjustments for the airport limousine bus service from the first departure on January 5, based on five months of operational data analysis.  

The update focuses on improving service quality and travel convenience, particularly for the Airport Limousine 1 route (Haeundae–Gijang). To better reflect rising demand in eastern Busan, the city will add two new stops — *Osiria Theme Park* (toward the airport) and Hanwha Matier(toward Gijang). The stop near Haeundae Beach will also be relocated from Haeundae Beach Entrance (09112) to Haeundae Beach (09116) to unify station names and minimize passenger confusion.  

In addition, trips on the Gijang section will be reduced due to lower demand, while service frequency on the Jangsan section will be increased. This adjustment shortens the headway from 60 minutes to between 20 and 60 minutes. Extra buses will also be deployed during peak hours to prevent overcrowding and ensure smoother airport access.  

For the Airport Limousine 2 route (Seomyeon–Bujeon), the adult fare will be lowered from 7,500 won to 6,000 won to ease the burden on passengers. Service intervals will be adjusted to between 60 and 80 minutes, while routes and stops remain unchanged.  

The city added that the limousine bus service, which was suspended last year after the previous operator relinquished its route rights, resumed service on July 31 following a new operator’s selection in February. Since then, the service has seen steady growth, carrying an average of about 300 passengers daily and reaching a total of 50,000 riders by year-end.
